I bought this keyboard because it was the right price. I use it with my laptop when it is hooked up to my tv. It's light weight and easy set up. The placement of the touch pad throws me off a little. But otherwise I love it.

For only $40, Logitech's K400 combines a keyboard and touchpad in a lightweight, wireless package that seems ideal for the living room.
Really great so far. Wish it was back lit and that the arrow keys were under the track pad. Also I got sent the K400r (lucky me!) which has great gesture recognition on the track pad. Very small and light.
Most people probably still prefer a mouse, but for some, laptop users in particular, will probably opt for a touchpad – such as the Logite
Overall I really like the performance of the keyboard, I would have liked it be backlit but for the price you really can't go wrong hear and one I would recommend with anyone who is budget minded or a HTPC builder looking for a solid wireless keyboard mouse combo.
Logitech are still keen to promote their wireless K830 and slightly older K400 wireless keyboards - which apart from the latter 2.4Ghz wireless technology offer another neat feature under the hood.
