Plug the dongle into TV/Xbox USB port and it works straight away. Typing into search boxes e.g. YouTube like a dream. Trackpad works nicely as a mouse on my Sony TV menus, YouTube and Opera browser along with keyboard, though not all kinds of links in Opera are clickable for some reason.

I'm not a fan of small keyboards or touchpads, but for a PC at our TV this keyboard is perfect. Windows 10 sees the receiver dongle immediately and the keyboard works flawlessly. The left mouse button at upper left is a nice touch, and the on-off switch will help save battery time.

Recoil is ok but the buttons are so close that multiple keys are often pressed. The trackpad has a dead spot about 1cm wide around the edges, don;t know if this is design or build fault. Keyboard is very light and hence feels very plastic and cheap although I know its made from plastic.

Works great with the android gbox I bought except the keyboard doesn't type the : (colon) for the gbox but does with my pc. My brother has the same problem with his. Better documentation would help here.

The Logitech K400 Plus is an inexpensive wireless keyboard, that's a good choice for anyone looking for a value, wireless keyboard for living room media consumption.

Computers are now becoming part of our living rooms, and it's the best time for cord cutters or die-hard PC gamers to enjoy content on the big screen. Software for home entertainment has excelled, with many TVs now supporting games and seamless control via a remote or gamepad.

There are no indicator lights on the K400 to tell you when your batteries are going down, but there is really no need for it.  Logitech claims that the K400 sports an astounding full year of battery life on just 2 AA batteries.  Obviously I did not have a full year to put this claim to the test, but

I use a laptop as my entertainment hub and using this keyboard as remote. I no longer use a mouse so the built in track mouse is the main reason I bought this model. Because of it's small size it can be a bit clumsy to hold on to if using for anything more than simple commands
