Been using 4 days now in home office. They are ok, not great. Sound is good and people can hear me well, but there are some shortcomings in my view. 1. They are always on (incl. Mic), even when docked. Potential privacy issue. I now unplug the power cable when toy in use. 2.

I work in a remote office and wear this headset all day communicating with coworkers and vendors. Since I'm working with these people remotely it matters to me how well they hear me on how well I can hear them. I am actually hard of hearing and this is great. For me needs I can even listen to music.

mute button died after 10 months of use but warranty replacement has been going strong

Poor sound quality, and wasn't compatible with all applications requiring audio headsets. After contacting Logitech support, they offered no solution for either sound quality or app compatibility.

It just sucks. Old school big. Bad reception.

It was not compatible with my application so it had to be returned, but the clarity and range were fine but since I could not answer the call from the headset it was of no use to me

I bough this mic because I don't like a Full Headset like a Siberia V2 or a Logitech G930; I am a casual gamer and like to talk with my friends on Skype, Vent or Teamspeak and this mic is the one I needed.

My work gave me one of these (dual head phones) to use as a soft phone. When I first saw the price of 87 dollars I thought it was too much. I've since discovered that that was an exceptional price for an exceptional device.

I think it is probably a good headset when I get my replacement from Logitech. The drivers wont load. Maybe Walmart has old stock & the device drivers are outdated & that is why you sell it cheap? Because IT DOESN'T WORK!

This headset is fantastic. I use it at work for all my Lync conference calls and it works perfectly. I can walk to the other side of the building and people can still hear me perfectly. I accidentally leave it off the cradle all the time and it holds a charge just fine.
