I live in it

I work in a remote office and wear this headset all day communicating with coworkers and vendors. Since I'm working with these people remotely it matters to me how well they hear me on how well I can hear them. I am actually hard of hearing and this is great. For me needs I can even listen to music.

Great as headphone or soft phone

My work gave me one of these (dual head phones) to use as a soft phone. When I first saw the price of 87 dollars I thought it was too much. I've since discovered that that was an exceptional price for an exceptional device.
