I'm frustrated that this thing has effectively died... I paid good money for it ( not at NCIX... ) Just want to make folks aware of this product's shortcomings.

- easy to synch with all devices; - sounds great; - good microphone

- poor build quality, - foam earpads are flimsy, , - *** USB port is flimsy..; will not charge consistently without wiggling the cable **

Using this for Skype for Business SIP calling - does the job well. Very clear and good battery life so far.

First Impressions My reaction is Wireless ‘portable' headsets are seeing a bit of a surge lately. You can now easily find a "branded" pair of cans for a non-budget busting price; and they seem to be doing a fine job of tight-roping between providing wireless freedom and adequate sound quality.
