If these were a little larger with pads around the ears, then it would not be painful at all. But the padding is so thin that after a few hours you really feel it.

Thin foam padding hurts edges of ears after a few hours and must be readjusted on ears to move pressure point from one part of ear to another; My ears have gotten tougher over the past few weeks though and it doesnt hurt as much

When having the phone in my pocket the bluetooth kept cutting out while listening to audio. The sound quality and isolation from ambient noise were also unsatisfactory. If you have less stringent requirements than I do then these should be good enough. I had to return them.

It's tough nowadays to find a good pair of headphones that you can use for a myriad of things like listening to music, watching movies, or even talking on the phone or via video chat.

Despite much tweaking of sleep settings according to advice received from Logitech tech support, I never know when the headset is going to work or not. Sometimes the mini USB dongle must be removed and reinserted into the PC to get the headphones to resync. But sometimes that does't work.

Product is comfortable, has good sound, and connected with my Bluetooth, freeing up a usb port. It also charges with the pc powersharing port, so the pc need not be on.

I work in customer service and so am on the cell phone a lot or on VOIP calls and these headsets are awesome. They are clear have good functionality and connect easily with my laptop. Nothing in this world is perfect but to help make them perfect I hope Logitec is listening.

I use this headset every single day. The Comfort, Battery Life, and Range are Superb. I use the Bluetooth with my Cell Phone and the Wireless with my laptop. When ever I have a caller I simply switch it to Bluetooth wait 5 seconds and the headset is connected.

Very happy with the H800! Been using it for a few days. Only issue I ran into today was with the frequent use both at work and at home, the 6-hour battery life doesn't last all day. It started beeping while watching a movie tonight. But it's okay, just need to keep it charged.

I purchased the Logitech headphones because I was familiar with the brand name. I was not let down with my decision. The sound is plentiful and powerful. I listed to music, audio books and take calls from these very comfortable headphones.
