Great mouse! Even for Mac OS
Works better than the Naga, also has 3 year warranty (Naga has 2-year). The mouse feels really solid and has really good construction. Glides well. Buttons feel great, ergonomics are good.
Logitech G600 MMO Gaming Mouse BLACK, 20 MMO buttons, Gaming-grade laser, built to last, Low-friction, feet...
Solid purchase especially at the price, side buttons are much easier to hit then the older naga but the mouse is bigger.. I removed the weights from inside to make it less fatiguing on grip
Not Great
I bought this mouse after two years of using the Razer Naga. I decided to switch because I have large hands and the Naga never really was very comfortable for me to hold. That said, the size of this mouse may be the only thing I like about it.
Expensive but overall really good
I got this after feeling that my old standard mouse wasn't cutting it for gaming. I really like how you can set up different light modes depending on which profile is active. It allows me to check which profile is active at a glance.
Razer Naga, Logitech G600 MMO Gaming Mice Review and Giveaway
In the end, I prefer the Razer Naga. For me, it comes down to the comfort and feel of the mouse in my hand, and the Razer Naga wins in that regard. However, I still prefer my Razer Copperhead over both of them.
Best MMO Mouse
The performance of the G600 MMO Mouse is very good. But my thumb finger does not feels good as it has to be placed over and between the small MMO buttons. I feel uneasy under my thumb finger. I hope after regular working with the mouse this uneasy sensation will be vanished.
Overall good mouse with easy to use software.

Logitech G600 MMO Gaming Mouse
The mouse is perhaps the only PC peripheral that has changed a virtually countless number of times since its introduction almost 50 years ago. Takes some practice to get used to, sometimes its hard to know which row your thumb is on. I paid 64.99, it was a great deal at that price. The software is easy to use. You can set the color to change or whichever color you want.
