I bought this because I have An amazon echo and it works great with this. Once I had set it up I can now control my Tv with my voice through Alexa

While I like the concept of this product, the execution was horrible. I spent hours trying to sync up different products but they never worked. I could get the TV and cable to turn on but only by using just the remote and pointing it at the TV, so it didn't work any better than the average remote.

After working for 2 hours; the remote controlled my volume! for about 5 minutes

We use this in our family room daily and my wife loves it one remote to run music, TV, and Blue-ray. Easy to move from input device to input device.

Easy to setup only issue i faced was with my Amazon Echo not working with PC had to change it to the word Computer to make it work. The issue is with the remote the Battery compartment is rather hard to open and it contains a button battery.
