The router worked on the first day afterwards we had a ton of connectivity issues, the app was glitchy at best and overall experience was extremely poor. We are hoping to return this product even for a 50% refund.

Most of the time devices are not able to connect to internet. When directly connected to modem there is internet connectivity but when connecting through Linksys router wifi devices do not get internet connectivity.

Love this product, great remote management software, can use your phone to controller this anywhere in the world. Have purchased 3 of them since!

Cisco cloud is absolutely rubbish, thank God you can downgrade it to classical firmware. Apart from than good router. Range could have been higher, but in an apartment I live it is sufficient

Purchased this router 2 years ago, and it has lost some of its functionality. Specifically, it was unable to transmit internet speeds above 20 Mbps even though the speeds going into the router from the modem tested at about 65 Mbps, sometimes higher.

I previously had to restart my router every few days and didn't realize how slow my internet was until making this upgrade. Easy setup and security feature enabling. I also installed the mobile app and am able to make changes remotely.

A bad router can mess up everything and there are way too many out there that boast a lot of features until you set them up and find out that they do not work or the router is just plain slow.

I purchased the EA4500 a year ago (27-September2013) at the advice of Cisco/Linksys customer support.I called them when the old Cisco router I had was not ‘playing nice with my Cisco Range Extender (RE1000).They said the Range Extender was most compatible with the EA4500.
