Lexmark X5470
Cheap to buy and run, the X5470 is great for mono printing, but less so for photos and images.

The X prefix denotes that Lexmark aims this printer at small-to-medium businesses, but that's ambitious at this price. We'd suggest it's much better suited to small offices right down to personal use. Mono text documents had only the faintest trace of spidering, perfectly acceptable for an inkjet.

Lexmark X5470 Multifunction Printer
I love this printer all the functions are easy to use ONCE INSTALLED. This printer is not compatable with a lot and is VERY hard to install. There is a review on the Window XP website telling about the problem with installing this printer with most computers and laptops and the guidelines to install...

Lexmark X5470
I bought this last year and have been very satisfied with it. It prints fast and the ink will last a long time if you set the print quality to Quick instead of Normal. In fact, the ink cartridge that came with it lasted me about 6 months.
Pros:
- Cheap
- does everything you need for a multifunction printer
- fast
- quiet
Cons:
- Doesn't work too well with remanufactured ink cartridges
- The Lexmark ink is expensive, but that is true for any inkjet printer
