Lenovo ThinkPad 13 Chromebook

Chromebooks are often unremarkable laptops , but they have to be if they're going to offer the basic utility of a notebook at temptingly low prices. One of the best you can buy for work or school is the Lenovo ThinkPad 13 Chromebook .

The Lenovo ThinkPad 13 has a comfortable and responsive keyboard; battery life that'll last a work day and an adjustable screen with sturdy 180-degree hinges

Audio is muffled thanks to poor speaker placement, the display doesn't pop, and the keyboard isn't backlit; Chrome OS has limited software options

Lenovo ThinkPad 13 (2017)

For a small business or sole proprietorship, you need a business laptop that offers durability, reliability, and staying power. The Lenovo ThinkPad 13 (starting at $699; $745.99 as tested) does that, and does so with a timeless style.

12+ hours of battery life; MIL-STD 801G rated; USB-C port; Best keyboard among SMB laptops

A bit pricey for an entry-level system; Ethernet connectivity requires an adapter

Lenovo ThinkPad 13 Review

The Lenovo ThinkPad 13 may not be the thinnest or fastest laptop in our lineup, but it delivers good enough performance for general business use without costing as much as top performers.

The laptop has decent connectivity options with USB-C; USB 3.0 and HDMI

Its hardware limitations make for less-than-impressive performance

Lenovo ThinkPad 13 Chromebook Review

The Chromebook version of the ThinkPad 13 cuts too much in pursuit of its low price.

Excellent keyboard; Sturdy chassis; USB-C for power

Not as inexpensive as it could be; No Trackpoint; Middling battery life; No dedicated video-out

Not as advertised **PLEASE READ**

I received my ThinkPad in mid-August 2017. I purchased the what I believe is the minimum spec one with an Intel Celeron 38650U 1.80GHz, 4 gigs of RAM, 120 GB of storage, and Windows 10 Pro. Reading the review it looked like a reliable work computer with a sturdy frame. Boy was I wrong.

Just Average to me

Lenovo should update the style looking of laptop. If I could make the decision to purchase again, it will not be Lenovo!

Portable and light weight

poor video output, unattractable look, slow processor; And the price is not that AWE after I paid for additional 2 GB of ram

Lenovo Thinkpad 13 Review (2017): Cheap and mostly cheerful

Lenovo has released the second-generation version of its ThinkPad 13, a business ultrabook with the same no-nonsense style we've come to know and love. Unlike some ultrabooks, the ThinkPad 13 packs a bunch of ports that (most likely can) cover all of your workday needs, tossing other features on top...

Ample ports; Durable construction; Classic ThinkPad design; Long battery life; Fingerprint reader

Thick bezels; Bulky for an ultrabook; Dim display

Lenovo's ThinkPad range of laptops are quite popular among professionals and enterprise users who primarily want one for productivity. The ThinkPad 13 is one of the latest notebooks to make its way to India with a focus on enterprise users.
