This is a very small and very fast computer! I was impressed with the update utilities and it's speed and stability. We don't use it for graphics editing but it's great for basic office use and more. I highly recommend this PC!

A larger power supply for expandability would be good but as an everyday work computer the 280 watt PSU is adequate. Called Lenovo before purchase to see if their 450 watt PSU was available if I ordered from a build but the answer was a NO.
I am very pleased with this purchase, the price is right, i love the fact that it's light, being an elderly person with not too much strenght left i can easlily lift it off to place it wherever it can go, does not take too much room, all and all together it has all the fearures that i wanted to have...
Lenovo's clever modular approach to the all-in-one PC delivers a space-saving, clutter-free design that is also easy to service and flexible to upgrade, making it a sure hit for businesses.
Space-saving yet upgradeable design; Easy to service; Plenty of ports despite compact size; Competitive performance
Limited expansion; No speakers in Tiny in One 23 display; Cheap; wired bundled peripherals
Desktop PCs haven't needed a large case with large fans and easy access to the inside to swap out components for more than a decade. Then why are so many still built that way? Tradition?
For business users, the combination of Lenovo's enterprise support, service and compatibility with accessories like the Tiny-in-One monitors makes the M83 Tiny a very attractive mini PC.
Desktop-class CPU; Lots of ports ; Highly configurable; Seamless integration with 23-inch monitor
Large for a mini PC; Internals hard to access
I was disappointed in the initial boot time. I thought after I cleaned up some of the bloatware preinstalled on the system it might get better but it didn't change anything. The hard driving is grinding away reminding me of booting my old windows 98 machine back in the day.
Easy To Set Up
Lacks Power; Slow
The Lenovo ThinkCentre M83 Tiny ($749 as tested) is a midrange business desktop with a small-form-factor (SFF) chassis made for space-constrained users. It comes with a fourth-generation Intel Core i5 processor built into a compact chassis that has a comprehensive set of components.
8GB of memory; Good upgrade options; Comes with Windows 7 Pro with Windows 8.1 Pro upgrade; Small enough to hide behind a monitor or under a desk
No internal expansion space; No VESA mount included
Lenovo has switched to a non-standard power connector; so if you want to upgrade this PC, you will need to swap the power supply (or purchase the expensive 450W one from Lenovo) and then add an adapter to get the pins right; not a big deal, but wish Lenovo would have stayed with the industry...
Fast processor; screams with an SSD installed
Uses a non-standard ATX motherboard connector which requires a new power supply and adapter for adding a faster graphics card
1) Takes months to receive a PC, next time will purchase from Costco. 2) Average performance PC, nothing to write about.
