This has been a very reliable machine. I bought two for my place of business and have had very few issues. It is super quiet and nice and compact. It loses a star because it's bloody ugly and comes pre-loaded with a bunch of garbageware.
The reason I have shopped at ABT is their friendly staff and expertise. I go back to their first store on Dempster and the Edens! Great people, service and of course the prices can't be beat!
