This laptop is simple to use and operates on the Microsoft Edge platform. It is easy to safely move to the regular Windows platform with an in-built app that helps you do that. The laptop operates quickly, efficiently, and is very practical to use. There is lots of storage on the laptop which is helpful. The laptop itself is very lightweight.

It wouldnt turn on the next day. Went in for a refund and it took 45 mins for the team to process. It was during covid, it were not much people but they were rude and unprofessional

You get what you pay for, cheap and nasty. I'll be in next week to get sort it out or get a re-fund. First zoom meeting I had the camera was glitchy and focusing into yellow and black, then sometimes red. You expect basic things like a screen camera to at least function, but obviously not with this. Very disappointed.

I might like it if I could use it!!!!!
