Had to remove a bunch of Lenovo preinstalled software that was causing it to be very slow, but once that was taken care of it seems to be going very well.

If you just need a laptop for school or just web browsing its fine. But don't expect to do anything more since the OS is locked down with barely any updates and a lot of settings you cannot change.
