This is a light, summer scent that you'll love to put on anytime of the day. Although, I save it for special night outtings, it is definitely one of my favorites. You go to the perfume counter and smell so many scents, you don't remember which one smells the best.

Lanvin Rumeur 2 Rose
Doesn't have the staying power of the original "Rumeur". The original is sweet and the dry down is sexy but this is just a little tooooooooo sweet for my liking. So over people trying to recreate original scents by adding a touch of "rose".

I like it, but...
I met this perfume through a set of samples and I found it a wonderful scent: sweet, fruity and very discreet. However, I was a little disappointed with it's regular use: the smell is very faint and after an half hour is not even a trace of the original scent.

Lanvin Rumeur 2 Rose Eau de Parfum Fragrance
As much as I want to splurge my money on a pair of grosgrain laced lanvin sneakers or sinister clacking pumps, it's such a dream to wear and thus, a dream it shall remain. The only way I can get a taste of that Parisian luxury is perhaps by donning their attainably-priced perfumes.

A Fleeting Rumour
I LOVE the original Rumeur and a nice rose scent is always welcome. In my mind "Rumeur 2 Rose" would smell reminiscent of the original Rumeur with a nicely blended rose note. The thought alone was soo tempting that I just wanted to tell the sales lady to ring it up.

I bought this thinking it would be lovely for some reason, how wrong can you be? It is horrible and the only use I can think of is the vacuum, but then I cannot stand the smell of it so what's the point. Give it a wide berth.

Fit for teenagers and early 20's ladies!
when I shop for perfume, I always look for fruity and floral smell that is subtle but lasts long. I think this is just perfect for it. I tried Chanel but it's a little too strong for me and i think that's more for older women. As a 21 year old girl, I think this perfume is totally fit for me.

This is an amazing scent. I took a chance on it as I like rose scents and also like an earlier Lanvin scent. It is distinctive and very long lasting (much more so than many other perfumes), but not over-powering; but it does not smell particularly of roses! Definitely recommended.
