No, no, no, at least to the modern version of it! Having read some raving reviews about this classic, I ventured out to the loal drugstore with a well-composed perfume section and took a hopeful sniff - instantly regretting it. Sprayed it on to give it a second chance - and rued the day.

More Magie Noire, Please!
I was SO happy to find Magie Noire available again! I love this nostalgic, classic scent. I know that when I wear it, nobody else in the room will also be wearing it; I think of it as my signature scent.
Pros:
- great scent, Good Memories, Divine, long-lasting, rare
- not everyone wears it
Cons:
- not currently available in powder lotion etc

Classic sophisticated scent
Magie Noir is a beautiful long lasting scent that makes me feel like a million dollars! It's my all time favourite. CheapSmells offers the best price for this up-market expensive perfume that is not always easy to get hold of!

Another old love bites the dust
I considered Magie Noir to be one of my favourite perfumes of all time so what was I thinking when I decided that because I was so fed up with all my niche perfume sampling disasters that this would be safe blind buy (blind buy in the sense that I had not tried the reformulation).

"Old favourites never die"
Many years ago a friend gave me a gift of Magie Noire . As the years passed, I barely remembered it - until recently. Visiting a Lancome counter to take advantage of their faithful shopper offer, I was told I needed to make a purchase to qualify.
