My Favourite
I first bought this perfume in Paris when it was launched in Galleries Lafayette about 5 years ago and it is still the one I wear more than any other. I have received compliments on it at concerts and was even asked by a very chic Eurostar employee what I was wearing as she like it so much!

Little known gem
Lalique guys under the radar for their fragrances (men and womens). This is a perfect example of that...... a high quality EDP that is premium concentration and has serious lasting power. White floral and musk done with great care,

What a surprise !!!!
I blind bought this perfume for my wife based only in reviews.<br />It's quiet a masterpiece. i love oriental fragrances like this one. The vanilla note is superb.

Between Guerlain Shalimar (1925) and Lalique Le Parfum (2005) there lies a period of eight decades, yet their oriental roots link the two fragrances. Indeed, it is fascinating to ponder how certain accords manage to endow the composition with a unique feel and an aura that is difficult to forget.

Getting some stick
Lalique Le Parfum is one of my happy acquisitions. Funny that it should be housed in such a solid, square, and imposing bottle because this scent is all about softness and curves. It is utterly charming and gentle. The predominant notes, to my nose, are sweet almonds and liquorice.

I like to try different perfumes, but I liked this one so much my that I am on my second bottle. Vanilla is the overriding note of this fragerence and I particularly enjoy that in winter.
