Three failures in three years, LG support very poor

Three control board failures in three years, like pulling teeth with LG support to get it fixed. Last time LG admitted they couldn't figure out how to fix it on the phone, then had the audacity to threaten to fine me if somehow their technician got it working when they came out to fix it. LG is failing to honour consumer law as they are refusing to replace a device with major faults.

Very good except the drying time is too long.

Very simple to use. Love the 39 min wash. the 14 min is a little quick and often still has some suds in it. Everything else going well. Can't complain!

LG wash and dryer is very nice.

Im really enjoying my new washing machine. Its very quiet. Quality of the wash is great. The wash and dry cycle does take a long time however, I might have the setting wrong and honestly, the outcome is perfect so zero complaints.
