I bought four of these for my daughter for all her Friends sets (She has 59!). But she no sooner took them out of the package and they began to warp and curl up. They will not lay flat unless she builds a rather heavy element on them.

Glued 4 of them to the top of a card table for kids to use. Aren't very thick boards, so on their own they would be flimsy. Why do they have to be so expensive It seems like a lot of $ for the product.

My grandson loves LEGO. The base plates allow him to easily transport his creations. The plates are big, gray (like streets), and he is loving them! I couldn't find them at any store, but WalMart.com got them to me on Christmas Eve (9 days, which is a little slow for them), but I have no complaints...

We love the larger size of this baseplate, it gives the children a lot more room to create their Lego magic!

Base plate is true to size description and made well. (Not as thick as those made years ago, but they are still better quality than the knock offs.) All LEGO and Mega Construx (Halo & Call of Duty guys) items work beautifully on them.

Perfect for large builds

I collect minifigures and putting them on a shelf wasn't an option. I took a photo frame from Ikea and sticked the base plate with double-sided tape. So I can easily use the plate later for another project.
