Nice looking hand mixer, however the variable speed is almost impossible to set as its done by pressure on the power button. I couldnt regulate it and my eggs and cream that I was attempting to whisk ended up all over the bench. Has all the bells and whistles and was quite expensive. Just not for me I like ones where you can adjust a dial to set the speed and you cant do this with the cordless kitchenaid mixer, or I couldnt get it to work. So now have a sunbeam one and am very happy. Great service at Good Guys Frankston as always.
