One of the Best Action games with some RPG elements.

Pros: 1. Great Graphics ! 2. Superb action. 3. Superb storyline. 4. Superb weapons & loot. 5. awesome gameplay. Cons: 1. The side quests might get monotonous, so remember to switch between faction, main & side quests. 2. The character has no expressions. 3. Too easy at times even at hard difficulty.

Great game but can't play it

I have loved this game on Xbox. Bought it new for my PC. First, can't install game without downloading and creating an Origins account (EAs 's version of steam), second have to download game not install from disc (I don't have unlimited broadband so this will cost me), and thirdly after game...

Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning

I wasn't sure what to expect of Kingdoms of Amalur. I had heard little of the title and little of the developer. From reports, I heard that it was a cross between Fable and Skyrim, though what that meant could have been anything.

Huge world to explore; tons of content; involved crafting systems; many viable character builds; involved combat system

Goofy voice acting; standard RPG story; minimap is too distracting; too many quests at a time

Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning

Confession time. I absolutely loved The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim to death investing nearly 150 hours of my life into Bethesda's massive Role Playing Game. Comparisons with that game will invariably crop up in this review only because Skyrim set the benchmark when it came to offline RPGs.

Review: Kingdoms of Amalur (PC)

The action RPG genre has been getting a lot of attention the past couple of years. Thanks in part to the European developers that kick started the resurgence with the help of new IP's like Risen , Two Worlds , and The Witcher , the later two of which have turned out incredibly amazing sequels that...

Kingdoms Of Amalur: Reckoning sort of flew in under everyones radar, however those who have been keeping tabs on the fantasy RPG title since its announcement by 38 Studios will know the title blossomed from an elaborate MMO to a more self-contained introduction to the universe of Amalur.

An OK type product

Not very satisfied with the game play experience. Does not match up to the level of Skyrim or Witcher 3. However, it gives some really good character oriented customizations and battles are immersive too. Should be bought at the discounted rate :P

Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning Review

Back in 2006 baseball's Curt Schilling did the impossible and managed to turn a hobby of questing through Azeroth into an actual RPG development studio. It should have been a disaster but instead Schilling, a born-again ex-Major League pitcher with no previous work in development, spent the next six...

This game is amazing, but sadly all the Skyrim fanboys are flocking to every review site they can to hate on this gem. I absolutely LOVE this game. The combat is crisp and satisfying, and does require a lot of skill to fight enemies later in the game.
