I bought this because of 2 reasons. 1) Kenwood give a 5 year warranty for this and all parts are replaceable if down the track anything happened, and I mean everything. From the little rubber seals, to a lid to a blade etc... 2) The price was unbeatable. To get a powerful blender PLUS a food processor with heaps of attachments. I actually already had a food processor, but this offer was too good to not buy. I'm mainly using it for the blender, and I believe when my other food processor (not a Kenwood) eventually dies, I'll have this brilliant one to replace it. I've made great smoothies in the blender so far, and it's handled it brilliantly. Frozen blueberries, raspberries, with some frozen spinach, protein powder, ice cubes, soymilk, cocoa ,a teaspoon of honey, a tablespoon of ground flaxseeds and some lecithin (sounds like a lot) but this Kenwood blender has been handling it so well, each and every time, with no effort.
