Great for people w/ wrist & thumb strain
This is excellent for people w/ carpal tunnel or other "grip" problems. The grooved circle around the ball is great for scrolling. Regular mice strain my thumb & wrist. But if you need a mouse for gaming, this is not it. The gamers in my house hate it.

Comfortable, smooth and fast.
I have several of the Kensington Expert Mouses. Everytime I use a a regular mouse, it reminds me of how much I love the Expert mouse. you never have to pick up and reposition a traditional mouse when you cant get to the edge of a page.
