Very streamlined and easy to use. I've been waiting for Kensingtin to upgrade their trackball.

Love this mouse. Extremely accurate pointer which is essentially when playing with inches. Programmable buttons allow for quick shortcuts whether it's a command or even lock your computer quickly.
The Slimblade is the best alternative to a mouse, period. Anyone who's used a trackball knows the basic advantages: no need for a pad or clear space on your desk and no hitting the edge and having to pick up a mouse to set it back in place.
Great product and prompt service.
Like the Expert Mouse, the Kensington SlimBlade Trackball's based around a static base with a large weighted ball to roll under your fingers, moving the mouse cursor on screen. There are four clickable controls spaced around the Kensington SlimBlade Trackball's metallic grey frame, one in each...
Amazing design... most comfortable mouse I have ever used. Very accurate (although not as much as the expert mouse). Don't like how hard you have to press the buttons at times... not as ideal as expert mouse for gaming (if you like trackballs to game) due to button location.

The Slimblade Trackball is a very nice device. I have been using Kensington Trackballs for years because I like that it sits in one place and your fingers intuitively can move a cursor around the screen without moving your hand like with a typical mouse.
Accurate Tracking; Comfortable Design; Fast Response; Glides Smoothly; Innovative Design; Works On Any Surface
Not Configurable
I've been using the Expert Mouse for years. The newer SlimBlade looked great but i was unsure if it would work under linux. A guy at work had one and i plugged it into my laptop and it worked perfectly. Sold
Very Comfortable; Twist the ball to scroll is great; Low profile
A bit pricey; five stars otherwise(still bought it
There's always been those who'll use a trackball in preference to a mouse or trackpad. Other than aesthetics there's very good reasons for this, not least that employing different controllers is an effective way to reduce risk of Repetitive Stress Injury (RSI) when using your Mac.
Easy to use; extra features beyond other trackballs; nice looking; can help prevent RSI when used in conjunction with other controllers
Action is high for RSI sufferers; accuracy in use doesn't match that of graphics tablets
I love this slim mouse! I'm having problems with my index finger so my employer wanted me to get this mouse to save the 'scroll finger.' I do however miss the scroll wheel from the other Kensington mouse. I find scrolling with the whole ball not as convenient as they make it sound.
