It's good for what it is - a random playground where you blow stuff up. Better title for it would have been "Just Because 3", as the meat of the game is destruction and doing random things in a sandbox "just because". However, if you're looking for a game of substance, this isn't the one for you.

Just Cause 3

Never underestimate how much a good explosion can make up for other shortcomings. Sure, a fiery explosion in the real world is typically a horrible, destructive event, but in movies and games, explosions are pretty much a requirement these days.

Pretty graphics; fun with physics (explosive style); lots of freedom to figure out how to wreak things; lots of explosions

Long load times; annoying syncing issues with the Square Enix service; forced to play challenges to unlock you're your destructive potential

Just Cause 3 PS4 Review

It has been six years since Just Cause 2 came along and proved itself to be one of the greatest gaming sequels ever, and for fans of the series it may have been quite a painful wait for this second sequel.

Just Cause 3 Review

An open world sandbox with plentiful opportunities for causing chaos does seem rather appealing as a video game. The first game that comes to mind from that description is likely one from the [...]

Immense potential for causing chaos and destruction; Gorgeous Explosions; Great use of collectibles to build up backstory of antagonist; Believable Open World

DRM is too annoying and breaks the flow of gameplay; Repetitive Gameplay; No Minimap; Restrictive Travel options

Just Cause 3 PC Review

When Just Cause 2 released back in 2010 it came with a wave of excitement, as the sequel was much improved over the original title and made the series be noticed. The second instalment took the concept from the original game and – with the extra power from that generation – tuned it for the better...

Just Cause 3 Review

Just Cause 2 was a welcome surprise that came out of nowhere and hooked me from the very beginning. Not only did I savor the open-ended gameplay, but I also invested many, many hours that had absolutely nothing to do with mission goals. Simply put, the game was a blast to play.

Unparalleled destruction; Awesome set of gameplay tools; Huge selection of weapons and vehicles; Mods enhance gameplay; Realistic physics

Annoying DRM; Forgettable story; Inconsistent framerate; Limited AI; Tags

Just Cause 3 Review

Every now and then a game promises to be an action-packed thrill ride filled with so many explosions and bullets that your head may implode at any moment. Ok, so a lot of games promise this, but it is rare that any deliver. In the past, the Just Cause series seemed to be one of the successful ones.

Loads of destruction; Creative ways to cause chaos; A pyromaniac's dream

Hit and miss visuals; Clunky controls; Loading times will use up a third of your conscious lifeâ€

Just Cause 3

Don't let the brochure fool you, Medici is a terrible vacation spot. Not only will Rico Rodriguez go head-to-head with an army hell-bent on world domination, but he'll also need to overcome a mountain of technical problems.

Just Cause 3: Sky Fortress DLC

Just Cause 3: Sky Fortress is like an explosion: brief and kind of awesome. Not very substantial, but on the other hand: jetpacks.

"Just Cause 3 : "Action. Actionnnn. MORE ACTIONNNNN!!!""

Just Cause 3 is an open world action-adventure video game that was published earlier this December by SquareEnix. It is the 3rd installment for the "Just Cause" series. A ton of action; new gadgets and gear available; spectacular environment; good replay value
