Jaybird Run

Jaybird's Run earphones are a strong first attempt at the wire-free category. They're comfortable, gym-ready, and sound very good even though we'd like a little more low-end. That said, JLab's Epic Air earphones win out in both sound quality and battery life, for $30 less, and stand out as our...

Crisp, clean sound with good high-mids and highs; Sweatproof; Comfortable fit

Bass response could be stronger; Single-button design limits control options

Jaybird Run

True wireless earbuds are hot in the headphones market right now and there really is no better use for them than for exercise. When you look around at the various ‘neckband' designs that bounce on your neck or get in the way, to be liberated of cables in any form make even more sense.

Comfortable and secure fit; Good sound quality; Quick-charging and respectable battery life; Solid hands-free quality

No Comply foam tips; Limited media controls

Jaybird RUN Truly Wireless Earbuds Review

Jaybird is the latest to join the "truly wireless earbuds" camp with the Jaybird RUN, competing with the likes of the Samsung Gear IconX, Jabra Sport Elite and many others. The company is very excited about this new product, and put a lot of work into testing these out before officially announcing...

Jaybird Run True Wireless Sport review

The Jaybird Run True Wireless Sport headphones are a solid true wireless solution for runners, gym-goers and your average wire-hating listener alike. With a reasonable price point, nice design and plenty of neat app-enabled features it's easy to forgive them for some of their shortcomings.

Comfortable; Good sound isolation; Useful companion app; Sweat resistant

Occasional connection loss; Not great for phonecalls; Limited built-in controls

This fall seems like the season we're finally going to see an amazing new family of gadgets: completely wireless headphones that work properly. Sure, companies have tried for years, but most of those attempts have sucked (or been really hard to actually buy ).

Such a good; snug fit

Interference made them unusable in the city

Jaybird Run Review

Jaybird's first attempt at true wireless earphones, the Jaybird Run, are one of the better pairs we've worn. And as the newest entry in a developing category, they feel fairly mature. The earphones boast relatively good battery life (aided by a fast-charging battery case), a workout-friendly sweatproof design, and a crisp, clean sound. At $179.99 they're a bit pricey, and bass response could be stronger, but they're still solid performers worth your consideration if you're looking to completely do away with wires. Design The earphones are available in black or white versions, but that color choice is limited to the wide, flat caps on the back of each earpiece; both sets are mostly black in color. The caps bear silver-colored Jaybird logos and are framed with silver rings that hold the wireless antennas. The lower half of each cap can be pressed like a button, providing the only physical controls. The left earpiece activates Google Assistant or Siri on your connected device, whil...

The Jaybird Run are comfortable, workout-friendly true wireless earphones with clear sound quality that could use just a little more bass response.

Jaybird RUN: Australian Review

Wireless earbuds are all the rage right now. And there's a good reason for that -- wires are annoying. Jaybird has a new pair of truly wire-free Bluetooth 'buds called the RUN, and it shouldn't take you too long to guess what they're made for.

Jaybird says these earphones were designed and built for runners but they can be enjoyed by anyone who appreciates good audio and doesn't want to get tangled up in cables. Each of the Jaybird RUN earbuds are surprisingly small – especially when you consider they contain a small speaker driver, a...
