The Bluetooth Headset has good benefits

The Sound quality is very good. It has more volume than I needed so I had to turn it down. The ear wire is a little hard to get on, but once there it is comfortable. I like that the boom turns it on by being open and off by closing the boom. It is a little pricey, but it works.

Perfect Companion while driving

I have used lots of BT Headsets in past 8 years. By far this is the perfect one. The only and only Unique Selling Point here is "Active Noise Cancellation" If you seek a real "Hands free" conversation while triving...... this is a must buy.

Compare Jabra Supreme with Plantronics Voyager PRO HD which I first bought. The review comes a Jabra Supreme with firmware 2.5.0 (updated). + Battery life is better than Voyagern (standby time).

IT'S FANTABULOUS

I love this headset. It is light and fits perfect. I love how you have to loosen the ear hook to allow the two lobes on the rubber ear insert to catch inside the ear so that it does not fall off when you turn your head to the left in stead of tightening it to fit snugger to you ear.

Best hearing aid friendly headset on the market.

I wear Oticon behind the ear hearing aids. They have a microphone that goes into the ear canal. I've tried MANY Bluetooth headsets and they either are very uncomfortable on top of the aid, cause my aid to pop off my ear and hang by the microphone line or fall off my ear altogether (the headset).
Pros:
  • Loud
  • Clear
  • Comfortable
  • HUGE answer/call end button
  • You can hold the boom while pushing it so you are not jamming the headset into your ear, The ear loop is completely customizable without using a butane torch
Cons:
  • Although it is light as a feather and comfortable to wear all day my house has a smaller footprint

Too loud

Out of the box, this unit was too loud. Too loud to listen to & volume on other end of call was too loud as well. Excellent noise cancellation, but after a few weeks I had to return it. I picked up the Logitech Legend & am very impressed.
