Keeps disconnecting and Windows popup says "there was an error with the USB device, it malfunctioned the last time it was plugged in". When it works, it is awesome, but I use my 10.00 Walmart headset 90% of the time. I've downloaded drivers, Jabra Direct and updated Windows. Still having issues.

Jabra generally makes great products. With the NFC it was SUPER easy to pair to my Android phone. Just basically tapped them together. The range for "non-bluetooth mode" (that is, through base connected via usb to PC) is only half of what my previous Jabra 900 could do.

everything I wanted in a headset, my headset is awesome, I don't feel it on my head at all, no ear pain forget to take it off when making a coffee, its in use from 8.30 -5.00 5 days a week, take off for lunch to recharge. Has not given me trouble yet

Great professional headset. Easy to connect to my mobile phone and the sound/microphone quality is really good. It didn't come with an adapter for UK plug sockets and I hadn't notice it needed one but that wasn't an issue.
