Jabra Freeway hands-on

Bluetooth speakers for the car are pretty boring, let's face it. They do their job, but normally run out of juice because you forget to turn them off and then you're left with a lump of plastic and speaker that's good for nothing.

Jabra Freeway

For most people, using a speakerphone in your car isn't something you'll think you need until you've tried it. Even if you, like this reviewer, only drive your car for short distances every day and only sometimes break the law by answering your phone while driving, a speakerphone will not only keep...

Excellent speakers; Auto On and Off; Voice control and feedback

Microphone a tad quiet; Volume increments too large

The Jabra Freeway Bluetooth speaker

Bluetooth is certainly not an emerging technology, and Jabra keeps improving on it and expanding it just to make us aware. When you hear Jabra, you should immediately think "communication". That, with the advent and release of the new "Freeway" speaker, will not change.

Jabra FREEWAY Review – high quality music and audio calls inside...

If you are not comfortable for having a Bluetooth headset dangling over your ear while you drive, how about hooking it up on the car's sunshade? Jabra FREEWAY is a great companion when you need to make/receive calls while you drive or even when you are not too happy with your in-car stereo sound.

Jabra Freeway In-Car Bluetooth Speakerphone Review

Jabra, the leader of the Hands-Free market, has recently launched a 3-speaker, virtual surround, all-in-one speakerphone.

Sleek Design; Physical On/Off button; Speaker Gets Loud; Speaker Sounds Great at Moderate Levels; Easy-To-Use; Voice Commands; Latest Bluetooth Profiles; Micro-USB charger; Speaker gets worse at highest volume (more apparent with Music); Announced Callers were "Unknown"

Jabra Freeway Bluetooth Speakerphone (Black)

If you find yourself straining to hear calls on your current hands-free setup or just want the best sound possible for calls or podcasts, the Jabra Freeway is the Bluetooth speakerphone for you.

The Jabra Freeway's three-speaker Virtual Surround setup provides exceptionally good sound for a speakerphone; Spoken caller ID and voice commands enable you to answer or reject calls without touching the device or looking away from the road

The Jabra Freeway is rather bulky; which limits its portability

Jabra, a prominent name in the Bluetooth game, recently began offering a speakerphone system, the FREEWAY, through Amazon and other outlets. I had the chance to play with one of these over the last week and half and thought I would share my opinions of the device.

Communicating with Freeway : Jabra Freeway

A popular American television series, appearing several years ago, was entitled Hart to Hart and featured a husband and wife crime fighting duo. I mention this because the couple had a dog named Freeway which is also the name of a new device from Jabra.
