These earbuds look and feel like a premium product. The sound quality is great out of the box. The case is is sturdy and pops open. The earbuds fit in the case magnetically and are secure when in place. The charging case has an indicator light around the USB-C connector clearly letting you know if they are charging properly and tells you when they are done. The LED also changes colour and advises if the earbuds are not sitting properly and not charging. JBL App is free and has lots of features like configuring controls on the earbuds and Find the earbuds. Once set up, you can raise volume, pause/play tracks, skip and even launch your assistant with touch gestures. These earbuds do not have active noise cancelling but perform well above par as they fit really snug in the ears and block noise around you.
