I recommend this SSD for home pc. This was a great buy and there have been no hic-ups in the product's performance. My home PC boots up faster and lag time in drive retrieval is non-existent.

Perfect using the included software contents of existing drive were easily moved to my new SSD and it now boots in a fraction of the time very pleased and would strongly recommend .
I needed an M.2 sata drive and this was the best deal I could find at the time. I am not one to run benchmarks, but this drive is plenty fast. I run a Sandisk SSD on an older laptop, and an OCZ SSD in my desktop. This drive easily meets or beats the performance of the OCZ.
Our latest solid-state storage Linux benchmarking at Phoronix is looking at Intel's 530 Series SSD within the M.2 form factor.
Installed these in
Comes with a 3.5" bay adapter; screws; SATA cable; and a power cable adapter; if needed
Screws were too long; They bottomed out in the drive before they bit into the adapter plate; Used some other screws
So far so good with my drive. Used Clonezilla to migrate my Win7 / Linux dual boot spinning drive over and all went smoothly. Boot time/ resume from sleep time is very snappy. I mainly use Linux and have 16GB of RAM so no need for swap which is not recommended to be placed on SSD.
speed; quiet ; deal price ; mounting hw included
none so far
