Lousy quality service and product

They supplied a HP toner that my printer rejected. They demanded I pay to return it to them to "fix". They stated the printer had upgraded and that is why the chip in the cartridge wouldn't work. As I urgently needed a toner, I bought one from TonerWorld. It worked perfectly in my printer. Despite the Fair Trading Act saying that Inktoner.co.nz have to refund my payment, they refuse to do so.

I brought a cartridge pack from TonerInk NZ and had the worst possible consumer experience. The product was cheap and faulty. The print quality was bad and the cartridge ended up leaking into my printer. I am a fair consumer so made several attempts to ask TonerInk to rectify the situation and they didn't want to know about it. I dropped the cartridges off at their office (Which is a messy residential garage in Pakuranga). I had no reply back for 2 weeks, when I called them back they advised that I was to have no refund as they believed the cartridge to be fine (Which it definitely wasn't). BEWARE they are cheap for a reason, I experienced this the hard way and had to go out and buy new cartridges, TonerInk didn't once apologise, absolutely zero customer services.
