It's a fairly well known thing that sequels rarely live up to the original. Certainly not regularly enough for it to override the generally held belief that for every Empire Strikes Back there are dozens of Phantom Menaces.

When it comes to putting the HyperX Cloud II to the test it proved itself quite well. The comfort of this headset is up there with the best. The extra included velour cup cushions proved to be the best feeling and throughout testing we even felt as if it wasn't on.

Last year we took a look at Kingston's original HyperX Cloud Gaming headset and there really was not much to not like about it. Now on its second iteration we are quite excited to see what Kingston has done to make this headset even better.
