It's a fairly well known thing that sequels rarely live up to the original. Certainly not regularly enough for it to override the generally held belief that for every Empire Strikes Back there are dozens of Phantom Menaces.

Comfy, and all around amazing. Build quality is great, they sound great 10/10 :)
Today we take a look at the Kingston HyperX Cloud II Headset, which hits the retail shelves this month. Following in the footsteps left by the original Cloud headset, Kingston aims to step it up a notch with better cable management / compatibility and the addition of the hardware-driven virtual 7.1...

My first headset, and almost everything's great, but one issue: the microphone setting. The headset tries to make you use their in-built mic settings, not the system ones. However, the maximum volume it goes to is extremely low, which made me have to use a bunch of workarounds to increase it to...
This headset has incredible sound and comfort, for the price you are paying, you won't be able to find a more durable or capable headset than this one. The build quality is nice too.
These are by far the best value on the market, they are very comfortable and provide great 7.1 surround sound. I have spent many 8hr Monster Energy fueled gaming sessions with these on and I have never once gotten sore ears.
Many people forgot the importance of a good sound system. Hearing footsteps behind you, to just listening to rain falling, a great sound system can change how you view a game. The Kingston HyperX Cloud ll, is not only a fantastic headset, but may be a game-changer in the world of gaming headphones.
Great sound; Solid build; 7.1 sounds amazing on PC
PS4 and Xbox One do not get 7.1; Short cord if not using USB extension
is what it is well built, no problems and more premium than i was expecting with great build quality
When buying a gaming headset, most of us never intend to use it exclusively for gaming. Provided it's a good set, with a 3.5mm connection and lux sound, then it's equally good as a regular stereo headphone.
I bought these because my cheap pair of headphones weren't cutting it anymore. I'm very glad I upgraded and I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a gaming headset. It's not wireless, but I get great sound sitting at my computer.
