Huawei P10 64GB
Huawei P10 is a really smart phone. It applies artificial intelligence (AI) to boost the performance of apps and the scrolling experience. Huawei claims that apps open 20% due to AI technology.
The phone sports a 5.1-inch screen with a resolution of 2,560 x 1,440 px. The latest flagship phone is powered by the in-house developed Kirin 960-processor and has 4 GB of RAM. The storage capacity is 64 GB.
Huawei skins the standard Android version with the EMUI skin, which ensures a slick and unique user interface onto of the Android operating system.
P10's battery capacity is sizeable at 3,200 mAh, but still 14.6% lower than that of the larger Huawei P10 Plus model.
The co-operation with Leica guarantees a high-quality camera. the dual rear camera combines a 20 MP monochrome sensor with a 12 MP colour sensor. The monochrome sensor collects details and light while the colour one applies colours.
The call quality is excellent thanks to the four mini-antennas that boost signal strength in low-coverage areas.

Huawei P10 Review
Right off the bat, the Huawei P10 has some large shoes to fill. Ahead of the new flagship device of the major China-based manufacturer lies an arduous task – to show that the P9 was not just a one-off success but truly representative of Huawei's vision for what a smartphone should be.- Good battery life
- Excellent camera performance
- Snappy UI
- Fingerprint scanner is quick and accurate
- Inaccurate display with oversaturated colors for a second year in a row
- Not waterproof
- The EMUI interface is in dire need of an aesthetic overhaul
Huawei P10
The Huawei P10 has everything required to be a great smartphone, but does it have the necessary elements to make it the best Android flagship of 2017? This is something I've been contemplating for the past few days, while testing out the Chinese manufacturer's latest offering.- Solidly built
- Fast processing and multitasking
- Great camera
- Battery life a little erratic
Huawei P10 review: so much more than just an upgrade
This year, Huawei is bringing us its 2017 flagship, the P10, the fifth successor to the Ascend P6. With a 5.1-inch display and dual camera in addition to an elegant finish and a powerful processor, will it be able to conquer the market? Read on as we try to answer that very question in our review.- Quality workmanship
- Ergonomic
- Ultra-fast fingerprint scanner
- Fast and smooth software
- Missing an IP67/68 certification
- Battery
Sure, there's some things which you could be critical of. Huawei's design, while perfectly acceptable, is just a little .. boring. The P10 looks good, but it looks much like most other slab-style smartphones on the market. It doesn't really stand out.
Still, if you want a slim, compact phone with a great camera and plenty of power you can't go wrong, and you're likely to pay less for the Huawei P10 than you will for most of 2017's flagships too.
- + Compact design
- + Great camera
- + Premium look
- - Underpower battery
- - 1080p screen
- - No water resistance
Huawei P10 review: camera-focussed Android phone for creative millennials
We're horribly spoiled by phones, as consumers, these days. They are all pretty good and their design language is very familiar to us. Sure, you could put out a triangular phone, but at this point, nobody would buy it.- Attractive
- Leica camera tech impresses
- 8 (yes 8!) colour options
- Overshadowed by Samsung Galaxy S8
- Pricier than previous Huawei phones
- Battery life isn't amazing
Three finishes The Huawei P10 is rather unique in that there is a choice of finishes. Accompanying sandblast and high gloss, we find the first hyper diamond cut finishing on a smartphone. This technique adds strength and colour, while heightening brightness.
Huawei P10
Huawei P10 P10 Outdoor Photo EMUI 5.1 on the Huawei P10 I will conclude this review the same way that I started it: I'm smitten by the Huawei P10. It is a powerful, fast and frankly beautiful phone with an incredible camera with Leica optics.- CPU/RAM performance
- Camera performance
- Battery Life
- Better speaker
Huawei P10 review: two steps back
The P10 is both attractive and derivative. I've used a lot of shameless iPhone clones from Chinese companies like Meizu and Vivo over the past year or so, and the P10 isn't in that category. It does, however, swerve pretty hard in the direction of Cupertino.- Attractive (if derivative) design
- Great camera functionality
- Solid performance and endurance
- Staggeringly awful home button
- Uninspired
- unreliable software
- Overpriced next to competition
Huawei P10 Review
The Huawei P10 camera experience is so stellar its photos will convince your friends you're a pro.- Astonishing camera
- Great battery life
- Ever-improving software
- Wide color choice
- Not officially sold in the U.S
- No oleophobic coating on screen
