Huawei Mate 10 Pro 128GB
The Pro model Huawei Mate 10 Pro employs a large 6.0-inch AMOLED screen. The phone is designed to optimise the usefulness of the available screen space. For example, notifications contain a shortcut at the top to reply to incoming messages using part of the screen (split screen).
The Kirin 970 processor boasts support for AI and includes a neural processor (NPU).
The Mate 10 series also include Huawei Mate 10 and Mate 10 Lite.

The device is impressive as soon as you take it out of the box and hold it in your hand. It has a head-turning design glossy curved back panel which merges seamlessly to the edges. There are two Leica lenses and a flash on the rear along with a fingerprint reader/home button directly underneath.
Huawei Mate 10 Pro Review: A solid winter flagship that cribs from the best
If you’re not swayed by Samsung’s return to form, Apple’s ultra-expensive iPhone X or Google’s funky Pixel 2, then the Huawei Mate 10 Pro is a pretty solid alternative. Earlier this year, a groundbreaking new smartphone was announced. One that promised to combine an industry-leading camera, glossy design and artificial intelligence tech to change the way you interact with your smartphone in a real, meaningful way and help a global tech brand crack-and-tap the mainstream in the same way that Samsung and Apple do.- Outstanding battery life
- Exceptional camera
- Pretty conventional flagship form-factor
- Lacks wireless charging
Huawei Mate 10 Pro review
Instead of marching in lockstep, the Huawei Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro will be chasing each other from one place to the next, quite unlikely to catch up except in a select few regions. It's not a parade then, it's a pursuit and therefore more exciting. So, which one would you pick ?
The Huawei Mate 10 Pro promises a lot and delivers in practically every instance. It's an attractive and very capable performer with some powerful features for productivity and one potent imaging experience on top too.
- Attractive design
- Great battery life
- Fantastic performance
- Competent cameras
- Smart UX
Huawei Mate 10 Pro review: A feature-packed flagship with extra AI
Huawei's flagship Mate 10 Pro is bursting with features. A great screen, very good battery life and widespread use of AI make it a pleasure to use, while IP67 protection is welcome. It's not without drawbacks though.- Large 6-inch OLED screen
- Good battery life
- 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage
- Kirin 970 chip's AI features boost usability
- Android 8
- IP67 dust/water-proofing
- No 3.5mm headset jack (USB-C headset and 3.5mm adapter provided
- No MicroSD card slot
- Too large for some hands/pockets
- Shiny
- slippery chassis design
Huawei Mate 10 Pro
The Huawei Mate 10 Pro was announced at the same time as the Huawei Mate 10. Both of the devices feature dual sensor cameras co-engineered with Leica, but the Pro has a very slightly larger screen (among other differences).
Huawei Mate 10 Pro review: A true flagship to take on the best of them
Talk about arriving just at the right moment. Despite Huawei having its fair share of ups and downs since pushing into the smartphone market - the P10 that didn't quite hit the mark this year , especially on reflection of the better and cheaper Honor 9 - that's not a patch on Google's quality...- Possibly the best-looking flagship phone right now
- plenty of power and smooth operation
- EMUI 8.0 software is about as close to Android Oreo as could be
- decent dual camera arrangement
- long-lasting battery life
- sumptuous 18:9 display
- Poor signal reception
- intelligent Wi-Fi not that intelligent
- odd Android software alerts which vanish
- glass is a fingerprint magnet (and may smash under impact)
- no 3.5mm headphone jack (aagh)
- do we really need that B&W camera
Huawei Mate 10 Pro
Overall this phone is very good. It has a lot of ram and storage, high camera mega pixels , good battery and great design. It is also big in size which will make the phone more attactive since it has a beautiful design. There may be a lot of feature as Huawei always does.- Big RAM of 6 GB
- Big Storage of 128 GB
- Fast processor Octa core 2.4 GHz
- Good Camera of 20 + 12 Mega pixels
- Good Battery
- Low resolution or ppi display according to price
- No expandable storage
Huawei Mate 10 Pro review
The Mate 10 Pro is the best phone from Huawei yet and although the cameras aren't as good as the Pixel 2 XL's, it has a better screen, better battery life and just as much processing power.

- IP67
- Dual SIM (Open Market version BLA-L29 only
- There is no headphone jack socket
