In short I expected much more from this phone, but for the price it's the right choice I guess, it has many things right, but also there's some things that are missing, like the stability of video recording in 4k, the smoothness of the UI, the slippery glass back

I bought this to replace my Nexus 6P due to battery issues. The Mate 10 has a similar large screen but is physically smaller due to less bezel-win. The touch screen is responsive and the loading time for apps is fast enough, but perhaps a bit slower than on my Nexus.

Just received my phone and so far, I'm really impressed. I had the Axon 7 mini and so this was a big purchase for me but for the few hours I've had it, I'm happy I bought it!

Great phone to have.... Long battery life. The box also has a clear case and screen protector is already on the phone. Nice finishing. For people with smaller hands, might be better to choose Mate 10 Pro.

The new features – AI chip and Projection – certainly help make this smartphone standout, more so considering that its camera, battery life, and overall performance are all good.

EMUI software is a pain

Huawei introduced three models to its phablet mate series this year. There's the Mate 10, a more than worthy successor to the Mate 9 , and then there's the Mate 10 Pro and Mate 10 Porsche Edition. All three offer similar performance, although the Mate 10 has the most traditional design.
