HTC Evo 3D review
Overall, the HTC Evo 3D is good, but not great. The design is strong, but bulky; the screen is above average, but not excellent; the 3D functionality is interesting, but at the end of the day, it feels more like a gimmick.

Seeing 3D on your phone
The Evo 3D is a well-made phone that has great specs and lives up to its reputation of being HTC's flagship phone. However it does take a step back in some areas - despite having a Âblazing fast processor, the camera is limited to taking just 720p videos (both in 2D and 3D) unlike other phones that...
Pros:
- Nice large screen
- fast Âprocessor
- smooth performance
- regular 2D photos look good
Cons:
- Short battery life
- Âtouch-based buttons easily activated
- Âlimited to 720p HD recording

PHOTOVIEW: HTC EVO 3D Android 2.3 Smartphone
HTC's recently announced GSM/UMTS version of the HTC EVO 3D Android 2.3 / Gingerbread smartphone delivers the same glasses-free 3D experience as the U.S. version. Stylishly rugged, the European HTC EVO 3D is powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU and supports quadband GSM/GPRS/EDGE...

The HTC Evo 3D is the 4.3" monster with 3D camera and playback from HTC. If you're a fan of everything 3D then you are absolutely going to love this phone! Everyone else is going to think the phone is just a bit too big and bulky to justify some 3D features you will use rarely, if at all.
Pros:
- Stylish and solid design
- 3D camera with dedicated camera button and 2D/3D toggle
- Notification LED
Cons:
- Big
- heavy and bulky
- 3D games and effects can cause headaches
- 2D camera is 5MP and 720p
- average quality photos

HTC Evo 3D Review
At Rs. 36000, the HTC Evo 3D will only appeal to those who really want a 3D display in their phone. We were impressed with the overall performance of the device, however, it has an excellent 2D display that outshines its 3D counterpart.
Pros:
- Good build quality
- Dedicated key to switch between 2D and 3D modes
- Higher-res display good for reading text and browsing
- Sense UI feels snappy with more RAM available
- Good battery life
Cons:
- Disappointing call quality
- Touch keys are over-sensitive
- Display lacks the punch with black levels
- Dual cameras are too far apart for good 3D close-ups

HTC Evo 3D Review
The HTC Evo 3D separates itself from the rest of the smartphone pack by including two 5MP rear cameras to produce stereoscopic 3D images and videos. Like the high-end LED TVs we've seen lately, the 3D rendering is either regarded as a gimmick or the next big thing in entertainment.

HTC Evo 3D Review
First LG led the way with the Optimus 3D that quite literally, wowed us all with what they had accomplished. Other than the Optimus 2X, the Korean company didn't really have any high-end droid under its belt, so this put them back in the running.

Review: Sprint HTC EVO 3D
Being the successor to the HTC EVO 4G comes with a massive responsibility, since many consider it to be the best device of 2010. The has been one of the most anticipated devices of the year, featuring some of the best specs we've seen on any Android device until now. It ...

HTC EVO 3D review
The EVO 3D is a powerful phone - 3D or not. My opinion of 3D remains pretty much the same: It is fun to watch short videos in 3D or take 3D photos, but it is definitely still a novelty feature.

HTC EVO 3D
Now that you can pick up touchscreen smartphones for pocket money prices, premium mobiles have to find other ways to differentiate themselves. 3D is the perfect solution, adding a gloss of techno-cool to imaging and gaming, and promising yet more to come (3D navigation anyone?).
Pros:
- Real 3D photos
- vids and games without glasses
- fast pseudo-4G data
- double-barrelled dual-core power
- lovely HTC Sense interface
Cons:
- 3D is mostly a gimmick
- low on memory
- on the chunky side
