HTC has already kicked off 2013 with a bang by launching India's first smartphone with a Full HD display. This trend will soon pick up pace as Sony gets ready to launch the Xperia Z, followed by Samsung and other OEMs, who'll announce their flagships at MWC 2013 in a few weeks.

HTC Droid DNA review
Big phones are getting bigger. This trend doesn't seem to be slowing down in the least, and the new HTC Droid DNA for Verizon Wireless is the latest member of the giant smartphone clan.
Pros:
- Screen is best in class
- Thin and light design
- Comes with Android 4.1 out of the box
Cons:
- Battery life is terrible
- Occasional performance hiccups
- Sense 4+ buries much of what is good in Android 4.1

HTC Droid DNA (Verizon Wireless)
We have full HD. With a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, the HTC Droid DNA is the first smartphone to feature an HDTV-sharp display in the U.S. And despite its 5-inch billboard of a display, this device is compact enough to be used with one hand. But the DNA is more than just a pretty face.
Pros:
- Beautiful 1080p display
- Sleek alluring design
- Excellent quad-core performance and graphics
- Wireless charging capability
- Fast and sharp camera
Cons:
- Unnecessary port cover
- No microSD expansion or removable battery

HTC Droid DNA Review
The Droid DNA looks to take Verizon's storied Android brand back to its roots with a spec-laden, aggressively designed smartphone packing a headline-worthy feature set. In some respects, like the beautiful hardware, blazing processor, and best-in-class display, that's just what HTC has accomplished.
Pros:
- The Droid DNA goes on sale November 21 for $199.99 on a two-year Verizon contract, with pre-orders open now at the company's website
- Verizon Wireless VP and Chief Marketing Officer Tami Erwin was bullish on the device's future at its NYC unveiling, saying, "We think it's poised to be a real...
Cons:
- -W.C
- Fields, - cavalierly tossed around the term "phablet.", The Droid DNA goes on sale November 21 for $199.99 on a two-year Verizon contract, with pre-orders open now at the company's website.

HTC Droid DNA
After two weeks using the HTC Droid DNA, I can safely say it's one of my top smartphone picks for 2012 and early 2013. This is not only a fast phone with the latest quad core Qualcomm S4 CPU, but it has a class-leading 1080p display that's a feast for the eyes.
Pros:
- Superb 1080p display
- fast phone
- high quality materials and finish
Cons:
- Only 16 gigs of non-expandable storage
- battery sealed inside

Droid DNA
Motorola and Verizon took the world by storm with the introduction of the original Droid in 2009. It was one of the first serious Android handsets on the market, and arguably, helped bring Android to where it is today.
Pros:
- DNA packs an amazing screen that challenges what any other smartphone on the market is packing
Cons:
- The Sense UI that brings limitations to the speediness of the device
- HTC's "Incredible" design is also getting a bit old

HTC's Droid DNA is ridiculously fast, thin, and seductive
With quad-core power, 4G LTE, a lovely 5-inch screen, and a stunning design, the $199.99 HTC Droid DNA is currently Verizon's best Android deal.
Pros:
- The beautifully designed HTC Droid DNA features a quad-core processor
- Android 4.1 Jelly Bean
- 4G LTE
- a sharp 5-inch screen
- an excellent camera
- and long battery life
Cons:
- The Droid DNA's large size makes it tricky to fit in tight pockets
- and it lacks both an SD card slot and a removable battery
