Don't Waste Your Money

Easy to set up but the quality of this printer is horrible!! NOT A PHOTO PRINTING PRINTER.. VERY LOW QUALITY. Have to clean ever time before printing one picture.

Compact Design; Easy To Set Up

Poor print quality; Too much ink used; Unreliable

You should consider avoiding this printer...

Well, what can I say? I've had Hp printers for years and this is the first one to absolutely fail me when I needed it most (two kids in grade school with papers due in the morning). I print and the pages come out partially printed. THEN the low ink warning pops up.

Terrible printer

I absolutely hate this printer. Evey time I use it something else is wrong with the printout. I'm sick of cleaning and aligning printheads to no avail. If I could find the receipt I would get a refund, its rubbish.

HP printer poor performance

I bought this printer because I wanted the copy and scan function. I gave my old Canon printer to my daughter. Which is still working great by the way. This printer won't feed paper no matter what you try. Tried every brand of paper with no change.

Compact

Paper feed is not reliable; Tried different paper, cleaned it mutiple times; Nothing works; The ink level indicator is not reliable; It tells you there is plenty of ink when there is not.

HP Photosmart 5520 e-All-in-One

Designed primarily for home use, without office-centric features like faxing or an automatic document feeder, the HP Photosmart 5520 e-All-in-One ($129.99 direct) is a different kind of multifunction printer. On the one hand it offers a low-end set of features in many ways.

Touch-screen control panel; Wi-Fi; Prints through the cloud; Duplexes (prints on both sides of a page)

No Ethernet connector; No PictBridge support

HP Photosmart 5520 Review

Fast, easy to set up and boasting a wide array of mobile printing options, the HP Photosmart 5520 ($109) has the makings of a great all-in-one printer. A built-in touch screen makes this device a cinch to use, and the 5520 supports Apple's AirPrint as well as a printing app for phones and tablets...

Easy setup; Huge number of printing options; Fast wireless printing speed; Relatively inexpensive ink cartridges

Images and text appear grainy on regular paper; Overly bright photos; Very loud when loading paper

HP Photosmart 5520 review

The HP Photosmart 5530 is a neat-looking and relatively low-cost option for photo printing. It has just four ink colours, and although it's one of HP's cheaper printers, there are individual cartridges for each. These slot into the print head, which has integrated print nozzles.

HP Photosmart 5520

The Photosmart 5520 looks like a carbon copy of last year's model, the 5510 . The chassis is identical, the ports, buttons and screen are all in the same location, and it has the same 80-sheet paper tray and flimsy arm for prints that holds a mere 15 sheets.

HP Photosmart 5520 Review: A Smart Photo AIO

A good addition to a home looking for a smart, fun, easy to use and affordable printer.

Ease of use; Quality prints; Creative offerings

Lack of photo software; Ink costs; Small paper tray

HP Photosmart 5520 e-All-in-One review

A nice touchscreen interface and a delicious price tag helps make the HP Photosmart 5520 e-All-in-One a contender, and its low running costs won't hurt either. Its performance is solid rather than stunning though.
