Every time I get ready to print a document, I have to provide instructions to print from Tray 2 and then I have to get up and hit "okay' before it will print simple WORD document. This causes a substantial lag in productivity; It's very frustrating.

I chose this product after my previous HP printer died. It had been fine for several years. This one was chosen because I wanted the Wi-fi connectivity. HP's own software will not recognise the printer as WiFi enabled.

The HP LaserJet Pro 400 M401dn, which retails at £235, is far from the fastest printer in its price class, but if you care more about output quality than speed, it may well be the printer you want.
