Worked ok for a couple months, now having major issues, and I am just past the "return window" and "support window." Now I need to go directly to HP to deal with replacement or maintenance. Will go with another brand next time.

Had printer for 8 months now, and I don't use very often. You would think something like this not getting used regularly would be bad for it, but the positive note is the ink (and printer) works as well as it did 8 months ago. I highly recommend!

Every time I get ready to print a document, I have to provide instructions to print from Tray 2 and then I have to get up and hit "okay' before it will print simple WORD document. This causes a substantial lag in productivity; It's very frustrating.

Affordable

So far it seems like a decent, basic printer that will work well. Just be willing to accept the blinking power light or plan to cover the power button somehow to make it stop.

Small footprint; simple setup; prints fast

When the printer goes into sleep mode the power light on the front of the printer blinks every 3-seconds; It's very bright and it cannot be disabled; HP Support staff (in the product forums) have been unhelpful basically saying this is a "feature" than cannot be disabled.

This is a great printer so far. I only have had it for a week but I am loyal to HP products. My last laser printer I bought from Office Depot was an HP Laser in 2010. It lasted with everyday HIGH VOLUME use!!

We have used this printer for a few weeks now, all good and no complains so far.

I waited a couple of months to really see if it would handle the work of the teachers printing to it. This is a plain printer much like the HP4050 it replaced. So far it hasn't missed a beat as a network printer. I give it a thumbs up!

I am delighted with Printland service taht I would like to order some more printer.

HP LaserJet printers are generally solid printers and this unit is as well, with a couple caveats: Make sure you use HP toner if you want good quality prints; Make sure you get the thing configured properly if you have an enterprise environment and need it to be user-autonomous.

Not only produces fast quality prints but fast to wake up too. I've used it as a Lan and directly attached printer and it's been superb. I'm up to about 3000 sheets so far and not required a new print cartridge. Oh a finally its not that heavy at all. Even i can transport it about easily.
