Scanner is Horrible for anything but tiny jobs!
Do not buy this machine if you need a high capacity and great scanner. If you just want the "ability" to scan on the off chance that you need to scan one or two pages then it will be fine for you.
Pros:
- It works as a printer just fine
- That is the only reason I gave it one full star by the way
Cons:
- Loud
- Misfeeds when grabbing pages to scan often jams
- Scanning is insanely slow
- Pages appear crooked on scans
- Cannot handle large jobs and a large job is anything more than 30 pages for this machine

great quality, fairly good on toner
great quality prints, copies, and faxes. toner use is better then a lot of the mid priced desktop lasaer printers

HP Pro M1212nf MFC / All-In-One Monochrome Laser Printer
This is a great machine. We have employed it for printing, faxing, and copying and it does everything we ask it to. I really like the automatic feed tray for copying stacks of papers. Operates properly as a fax machine as well.

I was looking for a wireless laser printer with a reasonable price. I saw this one on Overstock and took a chance on ordering it. It arrived within a week. The setup instructions were very clear and included pictures (always a plus for me).

" ADF Motor is loud "
This unit works well, and performs fairly well, works well with Mac if you a Mac's built in programs or scanning into Acrobat. However, the motor of the ADF (document feeder) is very loud and cheap in comparison to my previous HP AIO unt. Trying to find a different model with a much quieter motor.

Very satisfied
I have no complaints thus far about this printer, it meets all my expectations, I like the size, it doesn't take up a lot of space. It fits well in the small area where I work. The prints are clears and It prints out the documents fast.

Seamless install onto our Network
We were using an HP black and white laser printer (P2015) along with a Brother color fax/copier. While the HP did a great job of printing invoices, etc. It was a bear over the network as it was a shared device on someone station and would not print if the station was turned off.
Pros:
- install on network w/ ease - scan to e-mail
Cons:
- loud on print/copy/scan - too quiet on fax

wow....
I was avoiding these kinds of home printers in the past because I thought they were difficult to use. well the HP rep sold me on it. I love the way it prints which is better than the ink printers ive used in the past.

Real office capability
I now have real office capability in my home. Scanner works for a variety of purposes. Fax works, Print quality is much better than I'm used to.

Terrible
You'd have to pay me to continue using it. I drop kicked it into my garage to wait for ewaste recycling day.
Pros:
- None
Cons:
- ADF doesn't function
- Dirt gets caught in the scanner easily
- Printer doesn't function
- Drivers are especially terrible or nonexistent
