I have purchased several printers for my business and by far this is the best ever! It went above and beyond my expectations! I love it!!

This printer was a breeze to set up. We are on a network, so it did require our engineer to poke around a bit, adding it to the log-in script. Once that was done, we have had to problems. Only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is.. the interface is quite limited.

We use this printer for a small church to make the bulletins for each Sunday. Outstanding quality and easy to use even for a beginner.

Makes my life so much easier
The automatic duplexing feature on this printer saves me so much time. We have always purchased HP printers because of their reliability - but the features of the HP Color LaserJet Enterprise 500 (especially the print quality) surpasses all my expectations.

Great printer
This printer is really living up to its name. I takes the heavier paper and prints quickly and quietly. Hope it lasts as long the the previous Hp we had.

HP has always provided me and my family with quality printers. It is the only brand that I trust.

Easily the best color laser printer in this price range.
Pros:
- Great quality and fast
- A real steal for the price! It is even better than I thought it would be

- Default graphics settings for images are blurry
- but once we changed the settings it works like a champ

Fantastic printer. Amazingly fast, does about 18-20ppm in duplex mode which is faster than my canon MFC8380 did in single-sided mode. This printer is WONDERFUL. I had a 4500 HP Color Laser Jet that I bought in 1999 and it worked great until this year. I kept getting power cycle errors and could not depend on it. This printer is FASTER, the colors are 'true', it is easier to clean/change cartridges. I LOVE it.
