Love the printer but wish the wireless connection wouldn't disconnect after 2 hours. I'm not a computer person so I just bought a printer cable to solve the problem. Other than that this is the 2nd HP printer I have purchased over the years and they make good quality printers.

I ordered this printer based on other customer reviews and so far I have not been disappointed. This printer does a great job of meeting my printing needs at home. It's nice to be able to print from anywhere so I can print from my desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile phone.

Really disappointed in this printer wish I would have checked it out better before I purchased it. It's really difficult to keep loading paper with the way it's set up. Also the print cartridges may be cheaper but it uses up ink real fast so you are buying twice as many cartridges' then we have had...

Setup was remarkably easy for me on this HP 7864 Printer. I used the HP Easy Start app (which you can download from the 123.hp.com website). I first deleted all of my old HP printer software and started fresh with the new installation. Perfect wireless setup on my wifi network.

This is the second Envy I have owned. It works fine, Instant Ink is brilliant and has saved me at least ￡100 per year. But..........after a year or so it develops an unpleasant grinding noise when printing. After my first machine developed this I hoped it would be fixed in my new machine.

This was an untypically disappointing HP experience. Their attempts to simplify setup have become more awkward over the years (i.e - web-based software interrogation of systems to auto-load drivers etc.) Many steps poorly documented between online and very limited documentation-provided.

The HP Envy 7855 fills a very specific role here and does it very well. We use it along with other larger HP printers in our home office. While the bigger printers do the volume, the HP Envy is used for high quality pieces and photos.

Very easy to set up and is now linked to all our devices from my Canon SLR to my girls mobile. Printer has an email address so I can print stuff out even if I'm not at home.

Needed a printer to print and scan documents for work as well as print photo images and I can't fault it for the price it was. Always use HP print cartridges as the refills are not the same quality for photos etc. I'm a total novice when it comes to setting up printers with computers and WiFi.

This printer came with no power cord. No small, sample ink cartridges either. Kind of hard to determine if I'm going to like it since I now have to either return it or figure out what power cord to order. Disappointed. Hard to rate this printer since it will be a bit before I can use it..
