love the wireless ability and quality,works well thru my computer

The HP Envy 7855 fills a very specific role here and does it very well. We use it along with other larger HP printers in our home office. While the bigger printers do the volume, the HP Envy is used for high quality pieces and photos.

I have called HP - after considerable dissonance in connecting the printer to my devises (desk top, laptop, and phone. They are not talking to each other. After much delay I was connected to a "talking voice." She was helpful however the problem still exist. I tried to follow the inline support.

An amazing printer for the home, very professional in appearance, surprisingly quite, and quick to print. Unbelievably simple to install and print/copy quality is outstanding for such an inexpensive product. Would recommend without hesitation.

This printer came with no power cord. No small, sample ink cartridges either. Kind of hard to determine if I'm going to like it since I now have to either return it or figure out what power cord to order. Disappointed. Hard to rate this printer since it will be a bit before I can use it..

We are thrilled with the print quality of the Envy. Being wireless, we can print from our phone,iPad and computer, which makes it efficient and a great time saver. Wonderful color quality. Great recommendation and knowledge of the product from the sales person, too.

Needed a printer to print and scan documents for work as well as print photo images and I can't fault it for the price it was. Always use HP print cartridges as the refills are not the same quality for photos etc. I'm a total novice when it comes to setting up printers with computers and WiFi.

I am using it daily for scanning, copying and printing using the WiFi connection, from both my mobile and desktop PC. Never a problem, auto-duplex runs very smooth and it is fast both scanning and printing. Outstanding print/copy/scan for the price you pay.

This is the second Envy I have owned. It works fine, Instant Ink is brilliant and has saved me at least ￡100 per year. But..........after a year or so it develops an unpleasant grinding noise when printing. After my first machine developed this I hoped it would be fixed in my new machine.

This is a ‘more in sorrow than in anger' situation for me, as I really liked the Envy 7830 – it has an Ethernet port and the ‘Instant Ink' service seems likely to be a great idea – but it has one bug which was crucial to me: if you print MS Word documents that include images inserted by the standard...
