I ordered a laptop for my son who is in college. I customized it with the features that he needed. When it arrived it was nothing but a good looking shell! They somehow forgot to put a hard drive in the laptop rendering it useless.

I don't even know if it's the computer itself that is awful or if it's Windows 10. I hate Windows 10. I hated it in my last computer. They wouldn't let me go back to Windows 8, which was great. Pages hang, everything freezes and the way you organize photos is a cluster.

Looks really good and has a really good performance if you're looking to do browsing or social media things . Is not that good for games as shooter etc.

This is the slowest laptop I've ever had. It has take. Me 30 mins to get in to my emails and this is the first time using it wouldn't recommend this really not happy windows 10 is so slow.

I swear to God this is almost the same speed as my husband laptop and it is like 3-5 years old. I like having touch screen options, but there is no reason for it to be this slow. And no, it isn't my internet.

I got this as my birthday present and I love it! It has great features, great space for all pictures, videos and different files to work. Also is very fast and easy to use. Very happy with it.
