I shouldn't have purchased a laptop designed by people who specialise in printers... Was sold this machine as "great value" that would exceed my requirements and shouldn't have any issues running basic games like The Sims 4. Can't even run Farmville.

I don't even know if it's the computer itself that is awful or if it's Windows 10. I hate Windows 10. I hated it in my last computer. They wouldn't let me go back to Windows 8, which was great. Pages hang, everything freezes and the way you organize photos is a cluster.

I got this as my birthday present and I love it! It has great features, great space for all pictures, videos and different files to work. Also is very fast and easy to use. Very happy with it.

I swear to God this is almost the same speed as my husband laptop and it is like 3-5 years old. I like having touch screen options, but there is no reason for it to be this slow. And no, it isn't my internet.

I bought this laptop for my college. The first Startup took 30min. Then everytime I opened the laptop it took 5minutes to get to password screen then another 5 minutes to load. 3rd day of using the laptop, the screen is blank, I don't know what to do. The terms and conditions says I cannot return.

I bought this touch screen laptop on July 31 returned it Aug 1st. athis is a touch screen so I was surprised and ticked off when I finished setting up the laptop only to fin it is impossible to use the touch screen properly because there is a hard ridge like a frame around sides of screen so you hit...

I m completely satisfied with the purchase. Laptops is just mind blowing, and performance wise I think it's way better than Intel i3 processors. Graphics of this laptop is enhancing its beauty, with amd Radeon535 you can play heavy games with no lagging.
