Extremely Poor support from seller and manufacturer

Great camera to buy but not from this seller. Find an Authorized dealer or play Russian Roulette with it ever going bad.

High quality resolution both day and night; Simple web interface and POE connection; Free CCTV software available that looks decent, even though we are not using it

MAC address is on the weather cover of the camera and not the device itself. Don't get cover mixed up if you by multiple otherwise a nightmare to figure out IP. Bought 5 of them for testing new CCTV and 1 went bad in < 2 months.

Not 1080P is 720P

It is a good camera, nice software that comes with it too. But unfortunately it is not 1080P as the discription would have you believe, to get the 1080P version you will need to searc for GXV3672-FHD not the GXV3672-HD.
